Citizens for Change (C4C) is a non-partisan political committee registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are residents of Berwick Township in Adams County concerned about the lack of accountability, transparency, decisions and attitudes of some of our elected leaders.

 We are concerned citizens working to educate our fellow residents on why change is needed in our local municipal government. A goal of C4C is to help the voters in Berwick Township see the need for visionary leadership.
